for the details SERVICES, TUITION & SCHEDULING ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS - A free mini-lesson
is arranged prior to enrollment so that each applicant has an opportunity to sit-in
on a class in session and talk with the students presently in
training. Upon their decision to enroll, all applicants must submit a signed
statement that they have achieved a High School diploma or its equivalency.
Each applicant must also provide a signed statement of good health. No
applicant will be denied admission due to race, sex, nationality or religious
background. JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE - Upon satisfactory
completion of either the Medical or Dental Assistant program unlimited use of
Delaware Valley Academy's Job Placement Assistance
Program is available. The Academy cannot guarantee that these
interviews will lead to employment. Other student services offered are
counseling (academic or personal), tutoring, refresher programs, transcripts,
and an alumni organization. All services are provided at no additional cost
to all students in good standing. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - Students may
be eligible to participate in various forms of Financial Assistance if they
qualify. Some of which are The Federal Pell Grant Program, The Federal Family
Education Loan Plan, Veterans Administration, Office of Vocational
Rehabilitation, etc. To qualify for some of these programs you will be
required to submit to the Academy, signed copies of current or past financial
records for you, your spouse and / or your parents. These documents may also
be required to be submitted if you are selected in a process called verification.
More details about the Federal and other Financial Assistance Programs will
be discussed with each student upon submission of an application for
admission on a personal basis as it applies in each circumstance. Feel free
to contact the Financial Aid Office at the Academy with any questions
regarding these programs. TUITION and SCHEDULING - The tuition
listed below includes all books, and materials used in the
program. Uniforms and normal note taking supplies are to be provided by the
student. Use of student services such as Job Placement Assistance,
Counseling, Tutoring, Refresher Programs, Transcripts and our Alumni
Organization are available at no additional cost to students in good
